Hello

Hello, this is Nick Hammond. I would like to take a few minutes to recap my experiences here in Haiti. The past week has been truly amazing with many great experiences and life-changing moments. I have seen things that have blown my mind and have experienced Haiti in a great way. The people here are incredibly good-hearted and loving and have made me feel at home even though it is incredibly different from the lifestyle I am used to. In Haiti, there is no such thing as air conditioning or TV or almost anything I am used to in South Carolina. However, it is really a beautiful place. We only have a few more days here and I am sad but I am looking foward to seeing everyone back home. The End.

    Hi Nick Hammond! I am glad that this experience has been a good one for you. I know it must be hard for you all to see suffering around you. It is not what you all are accustomed to. Pastor Brian has said some great things about all of you, and I know that you all have worked your very best and shown Christ's love to the Haitians. You and the rest of the team are very blessed to have this experience; likewise, the Haitians you have been ministering to are also very blessed to have such a good group of God-fearing young people to serve them.     Nick Man!!! So great to hear from you. I know you've had an awesome time, and I can't wait to hear your stories. I know you've been a great Christian witness to the people of Haiti through your hard work and caring. I pray you've felt God working through you, as you are always so willing to reach out and help those in need.     P.S. - for you & Andy: fishing report from the D.R. last weekend.... not too good! Water was low & it was hot (but not quite as hot as Haiti!). Caught 9 rainbows & 1 brookie, all kinda smallish. And PJ caught a nice carp! We left 'em there for you to catch next time! -Dad

    Hi Nicholas! Wonderful to hear from you. You have been in out thoughts and prayers constantly. I am so glad you are having a great experience and able to see the beauty of Haiti and its people.
